Dr George Manoliadis
PRACTICE PRINCIPLE
Dr George Manoliadis is a qualified general practitioner with over 15 years of varied medical experience including rural and remote general practice in the Northern Territory and Queensland and experience in aboriginal health. Dr Manoliadis commenced working at Nelson Plaza Clinic when the practice opened in 2010. After completing his medical studies at the University of Sydney, Dr Manoliadis moved to Melbourne where he obtained Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2005. Prior to a career in medicine he worked as a qualified actuary in the finance industry.

Dr Angelo Fortune
Dr Angelo has been a doctor for 26 years. He did his post-graduate training in UK, obtaining membership in both Royal College of Physicians and Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, before taking up a post as paediatric consultant in West Indies.
While in West Indies, he helped organise the first doctors union (MPATT) and became its first vice-president.
He returned to UK and retrained in general practice and worked as a principal in his practice until moving to Australia in 2011.
Dr Angelo enjoys all aspects of general practice with special interest in paediatrics and dermatology. He does regular “skin check” clinics and surgery and along with Dr Dinkovski he is working to set up Nelson Bay’s first fully medical aesthetic practice.
Dr Angelo enjoys, Chess, tai chi and music when time allows.

Dr Fiona O’Connell
Fiona O’Connell has been working as a GP for over 15 years. Before this she worked in the UK in General Hospital and Oncology Medicine & spent a while as a Community Paediatrician. She previously worked as a GP Partner in Scotland and moved from the UK to Australia with her young family in 2014.
She has a special interest in Holistic and Preventative Health and enjoys managing all aspects of a families’ care, specifically long-term management of chronic conditions.
